What are you grateful for letting go of?
Letting go is an action of change that can bring on all the feels. Sometimes it’s scary while other times it’s freeing. A roller coaster of sad, happy, grief and excitement may be part of the journey. Looking back, the most pivotal moments in my life happened when I decided to let go and allow. This doesn’t mean I was the victim or I gave up, exactly the opposite. When I got clear about what I wanted and let go of what was in my way, things started to fall into place. Some of what I let go of in life has returned to me, but in a different form. All as it should be.
Unhealthy relationships, habits that no longer serve your highest good, limiting beliefs, clutter in your home and in your mind... What we let go of and why looks different for everyone in each season of life. As you know and experience more, you learn more about the life you want to create. Trust the timing. Trust yourself.
