What do you do when you just don’t wanna be grateful?
We’ve all been there. When something not so great happens and someone tells you that you have so much to be thankful for or those moments in life when you’re in a funk and just need to be in that place for a bit. What do you do to pull yourself out of it? Knowing what brings you out of the funk, clear the noise of the world and get back to being your best self is priceless.
Often times it takes a change of focus to something positive, to something that makes you feel good or helping a part of you that needs healing. When you find yourself to a point that you just don’t wanna be grateful, check in with yourself and determine if you are really making choices that serve you well.
