You are important. Your health, wellbeing, relationships, happiness, purpose, gifts, talents...all of you. So, take this time to connect with the parts of you that you are most grateful for. Use this as fuel to provide energy, heal and inspire action.
Get your journal and write out a few ways you are grateful for yourself. Sit with this feeling for a few minutes as you reflect on how and why you are grateful for self.
