Product Overview

The Lost Art of Knowing

Trust what you know. Be who you are. Enjoy the hell out of your life.

A four-week live online experience in energy, intuition, discernment and self-trust.

Four weekly sessions · Two hours each · $456

You already know more than you think you do

There was likely a time when you trusted what you felt. You noticed when something seemed right. You listened when your body tightened or softened. You followed your curiosity, expressed what you wanted and allowed yourself to change direction.

Then life got louder. Expectations, responsibilities, fear, conditioning and the opinions of other people began competing with your own voice. You learned to question yourself, explain yourself and look outside yourself for permission. Your knowing didn’t disappear. You simply stopped trusting it.

The Lost Art of Knowing is an invitation to reconnect with your energy, recognize the language of your intuition and begin making choices that feel like your own. This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to the woman underneath the noise.

This experience may be for you if…
You can feel that something in your life wants to change, but you aren’t certain what comes next.
You frequently second-guess yourself or seek reassurance before making a decision.
You sense other people’s moods and energy but struggle to separate what belongs to you.
You want to understand your intuition without abandoning logic or discernment.
You have spent years being responsible, agreeable or useful and want to remember what you want.
You feel drawn to energy, ritual and spirituality but want to explore them in a grounded way.
You want more freedom, pleasure, creativity and truth in the life you already have.
You do not need prior experience with energy work or intuitive practices. Curiosity is enough.

Over four weeks, you will learn to:
   • Notice how your energy responds to people, places, choices and experiences.
   • Recognize what restores you and what leaves you depleted.
   • Understand some of the ways intuition may communicate through your body, thoughts, feelings and imagery.
   • Explore the difference between intuition, fear, desire and familiar conditioning.
   • Identify the places where you override your needs, desires and boundaries.
   • Practice receiving support, rest, joy and opportunity without immediately minimizing them.
   • Build self-trust through small, honest decisions.
   • Create a personal ritual for returning to yourself.
   • Choose one meaningful next step toward a life that feels more like you.

A note from Dominique
I created this experience because I believe women carry more wisdom than we have been taught to trust. We have learned to gather more information, seek more opinions and wait for certainty before allowing ourselves to choose. We can become so practiced at listening to everyone else that we stop recognizing the sound of our own knowing.

I don’t want to teach you to look to me for your answers. I want to help you understand your energy, listen to your intuition, use discernment and become more willing to trust the truth you discover for yourself.

Coming home to yourself rarely happens in one dramatic moment. It happens every time you notice. Every time you listen. Every time you honor what you know. Every time you choose.

Frequently asked questions:

Do I need experience with energy work or intuition?
No. This experience is designed for women who are curious about energy and intuition, including those who have never explored either formally.

Is this a psychic-development course?
No. We may discuss intuitive perception, symbolism, dreams and different ways of receiving information, but the purpose is not to train you to become a professional psychic or energy practitioner. The focus is understanding yourself, strengthening discernment and building self-trust.

What if I have difficulty knowing whether something is intuition or anxiety?
That is one of the reasons this course exists. We will explore how intuition, fear, desire, conditioning and ordinary thought can feel different—and why uncertainty does not mean you have failed. This course does not replace mental health or medical care.

Will I have to share personal experiences with the group?
No. You will be invited to reflect and participate, but you decide what you want to share. Your boundaries remain yours.

What is the group size?
Usually 5 - 10 women. The max for each group is 10.

What will I need?
A reliable internet connection, a quiet place where you can participate, your workbook and something to write with. Any candles, meaningful objects or ritual supplies are optional.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. This is an educational and reflective group experience. It is not therapy, medical treatment or a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.

The knowing is still there
Beneath the noise, expectations and second-guessing, there is a part of you that remembers. She knows what brings her alive. She knows when something no longer fits. She knows what she wants, even when she is still gathering the courage to admit it.

You do not need to become a different woman. You need the space to hear the woman who is already there, who already knows.
